Primarily used on drive rollers of coating machines, printing presses, dyeing machines, tape production equipment, and disposable diaper manufacturing machines. These rollers often come into contact with the adhesive, printing, or dyeing surfaces, and an un-dried printing or dyeing surface can easily soil the roller, affecting the surface pattern of the product.
The traditionally used "Teflon" coating has excessive peel strength over hot melt adhesives, resulting in poor non-stick performance and insufficient wear resistance, leading to the rapid failure of non-stick properties. This causes low production efficiency, short maintenance cycles, and increased costs.
Our independently developed patented invention (Patent No.: ZL 2010 1 0543575.X) "Thermal Spray Anti-adhesive Wear-resistant Coating" utilizes plasma thermal spray technology, incorporating nickel-based alloys with high polymer anti-adhesive materials. Drawing inspiration from the biomimicry "lotus leaf effect," the coating boasts extremely low adhesive peel force and excellent wear resistance. Overall performance is dozens of times better than Teflon coatings, placing it at the forefront of the industry in China.
