Insulating coating thermal spray materials are mainly composed of alumina series ceramic materials, which boast high resistivity and a dielectric constant of 12. The insulation strength reaches up to 1069V/0.1mm, and can withstand over 2500V at temperatures up to 1300℃ when the thickness is less than 1mm. This material meets the requirements for electrical insulation under high temperatures, and also exhibits excellent properties such as high hardness, good wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance.

Application:

Bearings with insulated shells, insulated bearing retainers for motor rotors, etc.

2. In the electronics industry, Al2O3 ceramic coatings are used as substrates for integrated circuits and high-performance packaging materials. The U.S. has been able to spray 25*25 dielectric ceramic composite circuit boards and has achieved mass production.
