Insulating coating thermal spray materials mainly consist of alumina series ceramic materials, which have high resistivity and a dielectric constant of 12. The insulation strength reaches up to 1069V/0.1mm. At less than 1mm thickness, they can withstand over 2500V at temperatures up to 1300°C, meeting the requirements for electrical insulation under high temperatures. Additionally, these materials are characterized by high hardness, excellent wear resistance, and superior properties such as high-temperature and corrosion resistance.

Application:

1. Insulated bearing shells, insulated bearing retainers for motor rotors, etc.

2. In the electronics industry, Al2O3 ceramic coatings serve as substrates for integrated circuits and high-performance packaging materials. The U.S. has already achieved the ability to spray 25*25 dielectric ceramic composite circuit boards, and mass production has been achieved.
