Tungsten carbide coatings are primarily composed of carbide metal ceramics.
Materials primarily used include WC-Co, WC-10Co-4Cr, WC-NiCr, and Cr3C2-NiCr metal-ceramics.
Tungsten carbide coatings feature dense coating structure, low porosity, high bonding strength, high hardness, good toughness, and resistance to high temperatures.
Application Direction:
1. Various roller types in the metallurgy industry, such as return furnace rollers, galvanized rollers, tension rollers, shafts, and fan blades.
2. Calender rolls, coating rolls, corrugating rolls, drying cylinders, reel rolls, cutting tools, ink rolls, printing rolls, etc. for the paper and printing industry
3. Wire Drawing Industry: Taren, wire drawing cylinder, winding drum, tension wheel, guide groove, etc.
4. Piston rods, plungers, shafts, valve balls (valve cores), valve seats, valve plates, valve stems, impellers, mechanical seals, thread cutting blades, curling rolls, etc. for the machinery manufacturing industry
5. Moldings for other applications, coal mill (pulverizing mill) blades, water-cooled walls, ultra-fine powder, compounding chambers, and compounding mill rotors.
Coating Material:
WC-Co: Ultra-high hardness, excellent wear resistance properties
WC-10Co-4Cr: Corrosion and erosion resistant, micro-vibration and abrasive wear resistance
WC-NiCr: Dense coating, high hardness, strong toughness, excellent corrosion resistance to organic acids and alkaline solutions, and wear resistance
4. Cr3C2-NiCr: High-temperature wear resistance, resistance to high-temperature cavitation and燃气corrosion, especially in chlorine, acidic, and alkaline environments, and resistance to solid particle and sliding wear
