Insulating coating thermal spray materials mainly consist of alumina series ceramic materials, featuring high resistivity and a dielectric constant of 12. The insulation strength reaches up to 1069V/0.1mm. At less than 1mm in thickness, it can withstand over 2500V at temperatures up to 1300°C, meeting the requirements for electrical insulation under high temperatures. Additionally, the material boasts excellent properties such as high hardness, good wear resistance, resistance to high temperatures, and corrosion resistance.
Application:
1. Insulated bearing housings, insulated motor rotor bearing spacers, etc.
2. In the electronics industry, Al2O3 ceramic coatings are used as substrates for integrated circuits and high-performance packaging materials. The U.S. has already developed the capability to spray 25*25 dielectric ceramic composite circuit boards and has achieved mass production.
Spray materials:
Al2O3: White coating, high insulation strength.
2. AT3 (Al2O3/TiO2 97/3): Gray coating, dense film.
