Variable frequency drives themselves are a source of interference. To effectively address this interference through the power lines and other electrical components, proper grounding is essential. The purpose of grounding is to eliminate this noise (induced by electromagnetic fields) as it cannot be excluded; otherwise, it will wander around, leading to potential malfunctions.
Insufficient cross-sectional area of the power line, particularly for the grounding wire, which fails to effectively dissipate induced electricity.
The entire grounding wire is live, not only failing to exclude but also reversing phase into the circuit.
C Using the neutral wire as the live wire causes the electrical cabinet to leak electricity
Covering layer of power line damaged, causing short circuit and leakage.
1. Motor insulation is damaged, causing a grounding short circuit.
2. Wire connection errors, such as misconnecting PE and N, causing leakage to occur.
3. False alarms caused by strong interference from the surroundings.
4. The grounding wire is not properly connected, or the grounding resistance is insufficient.
