Lighting Incubator - TGI Series
Product Applications: Widely used in microorganism tissue cell culture, seed germination, seedling tests, plant cultivation, and the breeding of insects and small animals, capable of accurately simulating various environmental and climatic conditions.
Product Features:
In response to environmental and health initiatives, this product utilizes 134a and 404a non-fluorinated refrigerants, offering high efficiency, energy savings, and environmental friendliness with no pollution or impact on the environment.
1. High-quality steel plate exterior with electrostatic powder coating, mirror-polished stainless steel interior, corner-free design, adjustable partition spacing.
2. Double door structure design, excellent thermal insulation; allows observation of the inside without affecting the temperature.
3. Utilizing brand-name compressors and our independently developed compressor cooling system, effectively extending the lifespan of the compressor.
4. Equipped with a unique air duct structure, the centrifugal fan creates an excellent air circulation system, ensuring uniform temperature inside the box.
5. Features two or three-sided lighting design based on light intensity, equipped with dedicated light tubes for even illumination inside the box, ensuring no blind spots or omissions.
6. The intelligent program LCD display controls temperature and light intensity, with the temperature adjusting according to the presence or absence of light, implementing different settings for day and night.
7. For continuous, long-term operation, a minimum of 360 hours of continuous runtime is required. Optional: equip with two compressors for automatic alternating operation to ensure uninterrupted plant cultivation for extended periods without failure. (Optional)
8. Independent temperature control and alarm system, automatically shuts down operation upon exceeding the set temperature limit, and provides an auditory and visual alarm to alert the operator. Ensures safe and unexpected-free operation of the experiment. (Optional)
9. For easy data processing, optional USB or RS485 interface is available, capable of recording the temperature parameter changes. (Optional)

Performance parameters testing is conducted under no-load conditions, without strong magnetism, and without vibration, at an environmental temperature of 20°C and a relative humidity of 50%RH.
