This product is widely used in the cultivation and production of cells, tissues, bacteria, etc. in immunology, oncology, genetics, biotechnology, microbiology, agricultural sciences, and pharmacology. It is commonly applied in research areas such as cell kinetics, collection of mammalian cell secretions, carcinogenic or toxicological effects of various physical and chemical factors, antigen research and production, production of antibodies by culturing hybridoma cells, in vitro fertilization (IVF), stem cells, tissue engineering, and drug screening.

1.Streamlined curved design, exterior with electrostatic powder-coated steel plate, interior made of stainless steel, semi-circular corner design for easy cleaning.
2.Smart Temperature Controller, with LCD display, precise control, accurate and intuitive readings, adjustable parameters.
3.The box is equipped with an ultraviolet sterilization system, which can effectively eliminate bacteria, mold, mycoplasma, and other microorganisms; regular disinfection of the box interior kills the floating bacteria in the recirculating air inside the box and the steam from the humidifier disk, effectively preventing contamination during cell culture.
4.Double-sealed door structure for easy observation and to prevent contamination; door temperature heating system effectively prevents condensation on glass doors, preventing the growth of microorganisms.
5.The box is equipped with a special CO2 pressure relief valve, effectively ensuring intake pressure and enhancing safety.
6.Electromagnetic valve control, equipped with a high-efficiency microbial filter at the CO2 intake port, effectively filtering particles ≥0.3μm with a 99.99% efficiency rate. This ensures the removal of bacteria and dust particles from the CO2 gas. (Consumable item, replacement is required after long-term use.)
7.Audio-visual alarm function for excessive or low CO2 concentration; temperature control for high, low, and over-temperature conditions; door opening time too long (optional).
8. Independent temperature controller, automatically shuts off upon exceeding limit, ensuring safe operation and preventing accidents (optional)
9.The infrared sensor, paired with microcomputer automatic control, allows for a faster recovery of CO2 concentration. The monitoring of CO2 concentration by the infrared sensor is unaffected by temperature and humidity. It is a great choice when the box door needs to be opened frequently during the experiment. If the door is opened for 30 seconds and then closed, it can recover to the set temperature of 37℃ within less than 10 minutes and to the set CO2 concentration of 5% within less than 5 minutes. Even with multiple people using it and frequent door opening and closing, it can still maintain stable and uniform CO2 concentration inside the box. (Infrared CO2 incubators require optional customization.)
