P32MS(Standard Model)- 2.5-inch Quick Mold Change Press Tube Machine / Clamp Machine / Bending Nozzle Machine(380V/220V), The crimping machine, also known as a crimping tool or simply crimping, is a hydraulic device used for crimping pipe assemblies. It is also referred to as a crimping machine, tube crimping machine, die-casting machine, die-coupling machine, locking tube machine, or shrink tube machine. It features a scientific design for quiet and efficient heat dissipation by installing a pump within an oil tank, which is submerged in hydraulic oil. The pump, driven by an electric motor, outputs hydraulic oil to drive the plunger within the crimping cylinder, causing the mold base to radially contract and thereby crimp the outer casing of the rubber hose fitting. When the contraction reaches the predetermined micrometer value, the crimping stops automatically. After the solenoid directional valve changes direction, the plunger in the cylinder reverses its motion, and the mold opens, completing the crimping of the rubber hose.
