DX68 Squeeze Tube Machine / Crimping Machine / Die-Cutting Machine(220V), The English name for Crimping Machine or Crimping is a hydraulic equipment used for crimping tube assemblies. It is also known in the market as crimping machine, tube crimping machine, hydraulic press, hydraulic throat press, lock tube machine, and tube shrinker. It employs a pump installed in an oil tank immersed in hydraulic oil for scientific heat dissipation and noise reduction design. Driven by the motor, the pump outputs hydraulic oil, pushing the plunger within the crimping cylinder, causing the mold seat to radially contract and thereby compress the outer jacket of the rubber hose connector. When the contraction reaches the preset micron value, the crimping automatically stops. The solenoid directional valve switches direction, the plunger in the cylinder reverses, the mold follows to open, and the crimping of the rubber hose is completed.
