It is also referred to as a crimping machine, tube crimping machine, die-casting machine, die-coupling machine, locking tube machine, or shrink tube machine. It features a scientific design for heat dissipation and noise reduction, with an oil pump installed in the oil tank, immersed in hydraulic oil. The oil pump, driven by the motor, outputs hydraulic oil to push the plunger in the crimping cylinder, causing the mold base to radially contract and squeeze the outer casing of the rubber hose fitting. When the contraction reaches the predetermined micron value, the crimping stops automatically. After the solenoid directional valve changes direction, the plunger in the cylinder reverses its motion, and the mold opens, completing the crimping of the rubber hose.
