SP60-2.5" Quick Mold Change Press Tube Bending Machine/Clamping Machine/Pressing Nozzle Machine(380V/220V), The English name for Crimping Machine or Crimping is a hydraulic equipment used for crimping pipe assemblies. It is also known as a crimping machine, tube crimping machine, die-casting machine, die-coupling machine, locking tube machine, or shrink tube machine. It features a scientific design for cooling and noise reduction by installing a pump in an oil tank submerged in hydraulic oil. The pump, driven by an electric motor, supplies hydraulic oil, which pushes the plunger in the crimping cylinder, causing the mold base to radially contract and squeeze the outer casing of the rubber hose fitting. When the contraction reaches the preset value in micrometers, the crimping stops automatically. After the solenoid directional valve changes direction, the plunger in the cylinder reverses its motion, and the mold opens, completing the crimping of the rubber hose.
