It features a design that uses an oil pump installed in an oil tank, submerged in hydraulic oil for scientific heat dissipation and noise reduction. The oil pump, driven by an electric motor, outputs hydraulic oil to push the plunger in the crimping cylinder, causing the mold base to radially contract and achieve the compression of the mold on the outer casing of the rubber hose joint. When the contraction reaches the predetermined value of the micrometer, the crimping stops automatically. After the solenoid directional valve reverses, the plunger in the cylinder moves in the opposite direction, and the mold follows to open, completing the crimping of the rubber hose.
