SP52 Tube Bending Machine/Clamping Machine/Pressing Machine(380V/220V), the crimping machine, also known as a crimping tool, is a hydraulic device used for crimping pipe assemblies. It is also referred to as a crimping machine, tube crimping machine, die-casting machine, die-coupling machine, locking tube machine, and shrink tube machine. It features a scientific design for heat dissipation and noise reduction by installing a pump inside a reservoir immersed in hydraulic oil. The pump, driven by an electric motor, outputs hydraulic oil, which pushes the plunger within the crimping cylinder, causing the mold seat to radially contract and thereby squeeze the outer casing of the rubber hose fitting. When the contraction reaches the predetermined micron value, the crimping stops automatically. After the solenoid directional valve changes direction, the plunger within the cylinder reverses its motion, and the mold opens, completing the crimping of the rubber hose.
