Overview:
The two-dimensional motion mixer is mainly composed of three major parts: the drum, the swing frame, and the machine frame. The drum is mounted on the swing frame, supported by four rolling wheels, and axially positioned by two blocking wheels. Among the four support wheels, two drive wheels are driven by the driving power system, causing the drum to rotate: the swing frame is driven by a set of crank swing mechanism, which is mounted on the machine frame, and the swing frame is supported on the machine frame by bearing components.
The EYH twin-motion mixer's drum performs two movements simultaneously: one is the rotation of the drum, and the other is the swing of the drum with the swing frame. As the mixed material rotates, flips, and blends within the drum, it also undergoes back-and-forth blending movements with the drum's swing. Under the combined action of these two movements, the material achieves thorough mixing in a short period. This machine is suitable for blending all powdery and granular materials.
