DMH series purification double-door drying sterilization ovens, suitable for sterilization and heat removal of vials, ampoules, aluminum caps, metal and glassware in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as drying and sterilization of solid materials.

The DMH series purification double-door oven features an advanced and sensitive control system, equipped with a programmable logic controller (PLC) with a human-machine interface touch screen, a differential pressure gauge, an automatic dew removal valve, and a flammable gas concentration tester for special environments, all of which are sourced from Japan, the United States, and Taiwan. This ensures the quality of the oven. The perfect 100-level laminar flow purification system meets the "GMP" specification requirements.

The DMH series is available for selection, and can be customized in terms of configuration and dimensions according to the user's purpose, site, yield, etc.

Principle:

Place filled trays, bottles, or carts of material into the box, activate the PLC programmable control system, the internal recirculation fan operates, heating is initiated, and the butterfly valves open simultaneously, rapidly increasing the temperature inside the drying box.

Under the action of the internal circulation fan, hot air passes through a high-temperature, efficient filter into the chamber, forming a uniformly distributed air flow inside under the micro-porous regulation. The dry air absorbs moisture on the surface of the bottles (materials, items) and enters the heating channel to evaporate and be expelled. The dry air, under the fan's action, circulates in a directional loop, with steam expelled. As the steam gradually diminishes, fresh, filtered air is intermittently replenished, maintaining a slightly positive pressure inside the chamber. The constant temperature process ends, and the process control is complete. Activate the forced air supply or (water) cooling, and the automatic butterfly valve closes. An audible and visual alert prompts for opening the door and removing the bottles.
