The DMH series purification double door oven features an advanced and sensitive control system, equipped with a programmable logic controller (PLC) human-machine interface touch screen, differential pressure gauge, automatic dew removal valve, and a flammable gas concentration tester for special environment use, all of which are from Japan, the United States, and Taiwan. This ensures the oven's quality. The perfect 100-class laminar flow purification system meets the "GMP" specification requirements.
The DMH series is available for selection, and configurations and dimensions can also be customized according to the user's application, site, and production requirements.
Principle:
Place the trays, bottles, or carts filled with material into the box, activate the PLC programmable control system, the internal circulation fan operates, heating is initiated, and the butterfly valves open simultaneously, causing the drying box to rapidly increase in temperature.
Under the action of the internal recirculation fan, hot air passes through a high-efficiency, high-temperature-resistant filter into the chamber, forming a uniformly distributed air flow within the micro-porous regulator. The dry air absorbs moisture from the surface of the bottles (materials, items), enters the heating channel for evaporation and expulsion, while the dry air circulates in a directional manner under the fan's action, expelling steam. As the steam gradually decreases, fresh filtered air is intermittently replenished, maintaining a slightly positive pressure state within the chamber. The constant temperature process ends, and the process control is complete. Activate the blowing air or (water) forced cooling, the automatic butterfly valve closes, and an audio-visual prompt opens the door to remove the bottles.
