Application:
The wet granulator is an ideal equipment for powder blending granulation, widely used in pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, and beauty industries.
Materials: Two methods: vacuum feeding and gravity feeding
Vacuum Charging
Equipped with an automatic dust removal system, including a vacuum pump, connectors, flexible hoses, stainless steel pipes, bag filters, and valves, etc. Dust removal is achieved through pulse reverse air blowing. This type is suitable for horizontal production processes.
Gravity Feeding
Powder enters from the top or through the hopper of the lifting device. This type is suitable for vertical production processes. Powder enters through an inlet on the cover of the storage bin. This opening is also used for installing the additive port for the binder.
Mixed:
The pot features a cylindrical-conical design, with a large diameter pot, a short cylindrical section, and a tall conical section, offering high mixing efficiency; the pot has rounded corners with a radius of 60mm, providing excellent granule formation. The main stirrer can be automatically raised for cleaning and inspection.
The granulation knife features adjustable speed. The main shaft and granulation knife shaft are equipped with one-way flow and valve; the flow rate and pressure of the airtight seal can be detected and controlled to prevent the entry of powder and moisture. The end point is automatically detected and determined through torque and time detection charts.
Liquid Supply System
The liquid supply is linked and controlled via the equipment's PLC, consisting of:蠕动泵(a peristaltic pump), an integrated controller. Different-sized nozzles are available for various adhesives.
Nozzles are available in 60° or 45° angles. Mixers, heaters, impellers, explosion-proof motors, temperature sensors, flowmeters, and valves are also provided.
Automatic pulp extraction
The stirrer features a special heavy-duty motor, with soft start and adjustable, suitable for various materials.
Online whole grains
Materials are filtered through an inline granule filter located below the discharge outlet. The filter screen is mounted on an automatic hinge chain, which quickly connects to the discharge unit. When not in use, the filter can be rotated. The filtering motor is concealed within the granulator's platform housing, with wires and other components hidden as well.
In-process Cleaning
Water automatically enters through the main shaft, featuring cleaning nozzles at the lid and discharge port positions, with water intake and drainage achieved through an automatic program.
