1. Rapid Drying: Static Drying, Smart Drying, Low-Temperature Drying

Static Drying: Eliminating the microwave interference emissions of the dynamic microwave dryer, it boasts high microwave utilization, low electricity consumption, and faster drying.

Intelligent Drying: Offers PLC program control and infrared temperature probe sensing to accurately determine the drying level of materials, ensuring a one-time perfect dry, avoiding the need for repeated dynamic microwave drying or uneven drying.

Low-temperature Drying: Accompanied by a vacuum pump, the entire drying process maintains low temperature control, quickly removing moisture from the material.

For example, using our company's JWZ-100 model static intelligent microwave drying cabinet: 100kg of extract is dried into dry extract in about 2.5 hours, reducing the moisture content from 40% to 60% in the extract to 30% in the dry extract.

2. Carbonization Elimination

Because we perfectly integrate microwave, vacuum, and intelligent control, the entire process achieves low-temperature drying, and uses infrared sensing to control material temperature, ensuring it stays within a reasonable range. Through intelligent control, heating is automatically stopped at the critical temperature point to prevent carbonization of the material.

Enhance yield

During the drying process of the extract, the rapid drying of the material without carbonization necessarily leads to an increased yield. Additionally, using silica gel trays to contain the material ensures non-stickiness, which is a crucial factor in enhancing the yield. Compared to standard vacuum dryers, our equipment achieves a yield increase of 3% to 5% for drying extracts.
