Overview:
Definition: The MZG series pulsating vacuum dryer is a new type of vacuum drying equipment, primarily used for low-temperature, efficient drying treatment of materials. In a vacuum state, it adjusts the vacuum degree instantaneously through the pulsating function at regular intervals, causing the material's drying state to continuously change, thereby achieving rapid drying.
Structure: Generally composed of four major systems - the drying main body, pulsation system, vacuum system, and control system. The drying main body includes the housing, drying rack, and drying trays, used for placing and drying materials; the pulsation system generates pulsating air flow, causing the vacuum level to fluctuate continuously; the vacuum system is responsible for gas extraction and moisture removal, maintaining the vacuum state within the chamber; the control system monitors and controls the entire drying process.
Principle:
Place the material to be dried on the drying tray, then insert the tray into the drying machine's chamber.
Start the vacuum system, using the vacuum pump to exhaust moisture, forming a vacuum state within the workspace. Under vacuum conditions, the boiling point of water decreases, allowing the moisture in the material to evaporate rapidly at lower temperatures.
Simultaneously, the dryer's heating system heats the jacket of the housing and the inner panel of the drying rack, transferring heat to the material, thereby raising its temperature.
During the drying process, the pulsation system定时调节 vacuum levels momentarily, causing continuous formation and bursting of air bubbles within the material. Post-bubbling, the material is rapidly defoamed using clean air, and the compressed gas carries away a large volume of evaporated gases through the vacuum pump's intake, accelerating the evaporation and removal of moisture within the material, thereby enhancing the drying efficiency.
