Blade Machines, Sheetformer Dryers

Working Principle
A drum crystallizer is a cooling crystallization process where molten material in the hopper contacts a cooled drum, forming a material film on the drum surface. Heat exchange occurs between the material film and the drum wall, cooling and crystallizing the film. The crystallized film is then scraped off by a blade, forming sheet-like products.
A drum dryer is a continuous process that uses rotating drums to heat and dry materials or strip materials adhering to the outer wall of the drum by means of heat transfer.
