Agitator Tank

During the use of the mixing tank, in addition to ensuring proper sealing to prevent contamination of the stored material, it is also necessary to prevent localized high temperatures or carbonization inside. This requires adequate insulation measures.
Thoroughly clean the exterior surface of the stainless steel mixing tank of dirt and grease, and keep the surface dry.
2. Install the insulating layer by hanging it from top to bottom or embedding it into the fixed components, ensuring it is tightly adhered to the surface of the storage tank.
3. Tie and tighten with galvanized wire in a crisscross pattern, ensuring the insulation is securely adhered to the storage tank.
4. Arrange the thermal insulation in an alternating cross pattern.
After the insulation of the mixing tank is installed, it is recommended to first check for any standing water inside the tank to avoid potential issues with the equipment during future operations.
