Working Principle The working principle of the glove leak detection device: using an air pump to compress air, the compressed air is then introduced into the glove through an electromagnetic valve. When the internal pressure of the glove exceeds the set pressure of the glove, the air pump stops working, and the system maintains pressure: (1) If the pressure exceeds the正品 (genuine) retention time and the current pressure is greater than the set pressure of the正品, the正品 (genuine) buzzer sounds, and the正品 (genuine) count increases by 1; (2) If the pressure exceeds both正品 (genuine) and次品 (defective) retention times and the current pressure is greater than the set pressure of the次品 (defective), the正品 (genuine) buzzer sounds, and the正品 (genuine) count increases by 1; ... (3) If the current pressure is less than the set pressure of the次品 (defective), the次品 (defective) buzzer sounds, and the次品 (defective) count increases by 1. The buzzer sound indicates the completion of the test (product total increases by 1). Pressing the "Release Air or Emergency Stop Button" stops the buzzer, allowing for the next test.
