Usage
This series of equipment is used for spray drying materials in solutions, emulsions, and suspensions, and is applicable in industries such as chemicals, food, ceramics, papermaking waste liquids, biochemistry, and feed.

Working Principle
Air passes through the filter and heating device, then enters the hot air distribution device at the top of the drying tower. This device evenly distributes the clean, hot air into the tower, causing it to spiral, while simultaneously delivering the liquid material to the centrifugal atomizer positioned at the middle of the tower's top. The atomizer turns the liquid into droplets, increasing the contact area between the liquid and hot air, leading to rapid evaporation and drying within a short time. The dried product is then removed through subsequent dust removal equipment. The finished product is continuously discharged from the collection port, while exhaust gas is exhausted by the induced draft fan.
