LPR300 Biological Extraction Centrifugal Spray Drying Machine

Soluble organic binder, prone to migration in the spray drying process of solvent flow ceramic suspensions. Compared to polymers with lower affinity on the surface of zirconia particles, only 6% of added PVA (3 wt% based on the weight of the dried zirconia) adsorbs to the zirconia surface, with the majority remaining "free," non-adhered, and able to migrate during the drying process. Distribution images and compaction of the polyvinyl alcohol agglomerates in zirconia indicate uneven binder distribution. PVA is isolated on the particle surface, leading to the formation of a polymer-rich layer. The thickness of this layer, which contains 50% binder, is estimated to be a fraction of the particle radius.
In the operation of specialized zirconia high-speed centrifugal spray dryers, there are many nozzles available to meet application requirements. The challenging part is selecting a nozzle, which can offer performance and significantly reduce operating costs. Many nozzles are available in various styles. Choosing a different style may provide benefits comparable to your current nozzle. Quick changeover to an automatic nozzle or an easily aligned spray head can simplify and speed up maintenance times.
