Boiling Dryer, also known as a fluidized bed, has demonstrated its importance in the chemical, food, and grain processing industries after 30 years of use and improvement. It consists of an air filter, boiling bed main unit, cyclone separator, bag dust collector, high-pressure centrifugal fan, and an operation platform. Depending on the properties of the dried material, the dust removal equipment can be selected as needed, including both cyclone separators and bag dust collectors, or just one of them. Generally, heavier materials require only a cyclone separator, while lighter materials necessitate a bag dust collector and an optional pneumatic feeding device. This equipment operates in either continuous or intermittent modes.

Clean hot air is distributed into the bed body through valve plates, causing wet material entering from the feeder to reach a boiling state. Due to the extensive contact between the hot air and the material, the heat and mass transfer process is enhanced, allowing for drying in a shorter period of time. In a continuous process, material enters at one end of the bed and is沸腾dried within a few seconds to minutes before automatically exiting at the other end. This equipment typically operates under a vacuum.

Such as: active pharmaceutical ingredients, granules for tabletting, traditional Chinese medicine extracts, health food, beverage extracts, corn germ, feed, plastic resins, citric acid, and other powdered materials drying and dehumidification. Applicable material particle sizes are generally 0.1-6mm, with a focus on 0.5-3mm.

Note: The drying capacity is measured with dried plum crystals starting at 20% moisture content and ending at 5% moisture content, at an inlet air temperature of 130°C. The drying capacity of other materials is based on specific drying conditions. When selecting, pay attention to: Type A: Equipped with a cyclone separator; Type B: Inner bag style; Type C: Both cyclone and bag dust collector.
