Technical Specifications
5.1 Electric heaters use finned tubes (basic tube outer diameter 12mm), the finned tubes and fins must be made of steel, and the process is to wind the finned tubes.
5.2 System Maintenance: The system is equipped with manual/automatic operation modes for convenient equipment testing and maintenance.
5.3 Air heating units utilize single-unit single-control or single-unit multi-control. The equipment manufacturer supplies all electrical distribution and control equipment facilities, excluding the electrical control cabinet and monitoring cables to the computer room. Specific control systems are detailed in the control instructions.
5.3.1 Control Instructions:
5.3.1.1 The system can operate fully automatically, requiring no human supervision; the operating status and parameter settings of each unit, as well as the wellhead mixed air temperature display and settings, are all achieved through a liquid crystal screen. The entire system is equipped with multiple interlocks and protections to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment.
5.3.1.2 The air heating unit control system utilizes PLC control, featuring overheat protection, temperature gradient control, and wind pressure control to ensure the safety factor of the unit's operation.
5.3.1.3 Each unit is 600kw, divided into 20 stages, with each stage starting at 30kw, ensuring the start-up will not cause a shock to the power grid.
5.3.2 The system features an RS485 communication interface with relevant communication protocols, enabling connection to automation control systems for uploading operational data, meeting the needs of automated management. The Party B must provide simulation software for centralized monitoring.
