Product Performance Features
Greenhouse, flower heating equipment
1. Hot air heating does not require water at all. There's no need for water pipes, radiators, and circulation pumps, as hot air is directly blown into the heating points and spaces. This results in minimal heat loss and significantly reduced investment in auxiliary equipment. Traditional water heating has drawbacks such as slow heating, poor adjustability, and the need for a licensed boiler operator on duty 24/7. In contrast, hot air heating heats up quickly, offers strong adjustability, and allows for flexible control over on and off times. Additionally, hot air furnaces operate without pressure, eliminating the need for a dedicated boiler operator, ensuring safe and reliable operation. Water is a weak electrolyte with some corrosive properties, so water boilers should be cleaned and inspected at least once every two years. Measures must also be taken for hard water treatment. The efficiency of water boilers tends to decline dramatically each year.
2. Significantly lower operating costs compared to traditional heating systems. Hot air heating can achieve a heating efficiency 50% higher than steam hot water systems, saving energy by over 60%, and reducing investment and maintenance costs by approximately 65%, offering clear economic benefits. No civil engineering investment is required, and the main equipment can be used outdoors. Once the desired temperature is reached, the furnace can be shut down at any time, with an active shutdown rate of over 50% (no coal needed during this period).
3. Strong heating capacity and wide heating range. The hot air heating system can be adjusted to meet different heating needs by selecting the size of the furnace and configuring the air pressure, wind speed, and airflow of the fan on the furnace. Our range of hot air furnaces includes models from 2 to 5 million BTUs per hour, which correspond to heating areas of 100 to 40,000 square meters.
4. Fast air circulation facilitates the elimination of harmful gases, purifies the ambient air, and also allows for humidification of hot air, adjusting the environmental humidity.
