Biomass pellets are fed into the high-temperature pyrolysis semi-gasification combustion chamber via an automatic feeding system, while the gasifier is supplied from the bottom of the furnace. In the high-temperature pyrolysis gasification combustion chamber, a rapid pyrolysis reaction occurs to produce high-temperature flue gas. This process generates "sensible heat" and intermediate products such as H2, CH4, CnHm, CO, and other combustible components; these are then directly injected into the oxygen-rich high-temperature combustion chamber through gas nozzles for complete combustion, releasing "latent heat."
