The Flip-plate Dryer (also known as a Briquette Dryer) is a drying equipment based on the principle of double micro-conveying. The material is compressed into briquettes with a certain moisture content by a ball press, and then flows into the upper grid plate of the dryer from the feed hopper at the rear. The feed hopper acts as a buffer and distributor for the briquettes. The material runs smoothly to the head of the dryer through the grid plate, flows into the lower layer through the flip-plate mechanism, and is then sent back to the tail of the machine, repeating this cycle. Under the heat of the hot air, the briquettes gradually dry and are discharged from the rear of the machine.
