The machine features a fully enclosed design, with all components made of stainless steel. It is equipped with a three-stage purification system, ensuring the filtered air meets a ten-thousand-level cleanliness standard. The cylinder is fitted with a cooling wall device, keeping the wall temperature below 80°C. This prevents material from caramelizing or degrading on the wall, significantly increasing the powder collection rate (over 95%) and eliminating mixing and sticking issues.
Basic Principle: The high-speed centrifugal spray dryer is an application of centrifugal spray drying technology for specific material drying. It also utilizes a high-speed centrifugal atomizer to disperse the material into a mist, allowing for complete contact with hot air, achieving instant drying, and forming a powdered finished product.
The extract concentrate dryer is a specialized spray dryer designed to address the issues encountered during the drying of extract concentrates and plant extracts, specifically overcoming the following challenges that arise in the original LPG high-speed spray dryer for concentrate drying:
Material sticks to the wall, low collection efficiency.
2. Material remains on the wall for a long time, resulting in coking and deterioration of the material.
3. Difficult to clean, does not meet GMP requirements.
4. Low Output: The LPG-150 spray dryer has an output capacity of only 50-60kg/h of feedstock solution.
Given the above conditions, our factory has designed the challenge of the extract dryer based on the material properties and process requirements of the extract. The dried material has a good color, no deterioration, and significantly improves the economic benefits of the factory. Compared to the high-speed centrifugal spray dryer for LPG, the extract dryer has the following features:
1. Utilizes three-stage air purification to achieve a 300,000-class air cleanliness level for incoming air.
2. Utilizes a cold wall device, achieving an internal wall temperature of 80°C, allowing materials to remain on the wall without caramelizing.
3. The overall volume is 3.5 times that of the original LPG standard centrifugal atomizer.
