2. Hot air furnace type drum dryer, which is a drying system consisting of a coal, oil, or gas-fired hot air furnace and a drum dryer. Our company's hot air furnace utilizes a combination of finned tubes and heat pipe heat exchangers, with flue gas recirculation for high thermal efficiency and hot air temperatures up to 500°C.
3. Direct-firing flue gas rotary dryer (commonly fueled by diesel, gas, or coal gas) – as long as the drying material is not prone to contamination by its combustion by-products, this method offers high thermal efficiency.
