
Product Overview
The NM-JDL series thermocouple calibration furnaces are primarily used for the calibration/verification of economy metal thermocouples (K, E, J, N types), working precious metal thermocouples (S, R types), and standard thermocouples (S, R types) within the temperature range of 300-1200°C.

4. Thermocouple Calibration FurnaceInstallation and Use
4.1 The temperature control thermocouple is inserted into the left side of the furnace chamber, while the standard and inspected thermocouples are inserted from the right side.
4.2 In case of unstable temperature control due to unstable power supply or interference, etc., an additional 5KVA AC pure power should be added.

4.3 First install and connect the standard thermocouple and the thermocouple under test, then turn on the main power switch to perform the power-on operation.
4.4 Adjust the output power limit of the thermocouple calibration furnace control system or other temperature control equipment to regulate the calibration furnace
During the heating process, the heating rate is limited to 40℃/min or less to prevent rapid temperature increase from damaging the equipment.
4.5 During automatic timing, the parameter adjustments and operation, as well as the heating process of the calibration furnace, are all automatically controlled by the computer.
5. Thermocouple Calibrator Furnace Precautions
5.1 The furnace chamber should be kept clean. After the thermocouple is installed, the furnace mouth should be sealed with refractory material.
5.2 Calibrate the furnace for the first use by gradually increasing the temperature. 500 ℃Left and right, constant temperature 2 Must be dried for an hour before use.
5.3 When the furnace is not in use for a long time, it should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated area. Before reuse, it should be dried first.
5.4 For safety, the furnace must be reliably grounded, and the power supply must be connected to 220V AC, 16A.
