Product Overview
NM-01Q Thermocouple Dual Furnace / Batch Furnace Resistance Automatic Calibration System consists of a computer, dual furnace multi-channel scanner, high-precision digital meter, three-wire resistance converter / terminal block, calibration furnace, intelligent precision temperature control device, water (oil) tank, standard instrument, and ice point tester, etc. Users can select different constant temperature equipment and standard instruments according to the temperature range of the sensor to be tested.
The system, centered around a computer, controls multi-channel scanners, digital indicators, and temperature-regulating equipment to automatically complete the calibration of 1 to 8 thermocouples.
Each furnace can inspect 8 or 10 thermocouples at a time. Each scanning system (multi-channel scanner, three-wire connection console) can simultaneously connect to 2 inspection furnaces for dual-furnace inspections. Customization for expansion based on customer requirements is available.

Note: 1. The lower temperature limit of the low-temperature tank is optional: -100°C, -80°C, -60°C, -40°C, -30°C, -10°C, 0°C.
2. Standard gauges are selected based on the model and accuracy grade of the sensor being tested.
3. Optional digital multimeters include Keithley 2000/2010/2002, Agilent 34401A/34420A, etc.
