NM-T1000 Thermocouple Cleaning and Annealing Equipment, also known as the Thermocouple Wire Cleaning and Annealing Cabinet, is designed in accordance with the verification regulations of JJG75-95, JJG16-1995, JJG41-2013, and JJG668-1997. It provides electrical cleaning and annealing before verification for standard and working precious metal thermocouples. Hang the thermocouple wire on a clamp, apply power, adjust the working current, and perform cleaning and annealing according to the verification regulations and specified time.

Product Features

The annealing cabinet features a sealed cabinet structure, ensuring that the thermocouple is unaffected by surrounding air currents during the electrically heated annealing process.

2. The thermocouple suspension bracket features an adjustable spacing function, ensuring that the angle between the two electrodes of thermocouples of different lengths can be adjusted to an appropriate angle during annealing.

3. Utilizes advanced electronic tuning technology, eliminating the need for traditional autotransformers, ensuring safety and reliability.

4. Automatic timing function, with a range of 1-999 minutes; the heating will automatically stop and cool down upon reaching the set time.

5. The adjustment knob is a potentiometer, allowing for fine-tuning of the heating current.

6. Features a slow, adjustable current rise and fall function to prevent sudden current changes from impacting the thermocouple.

7. Equipped with a leakage protection feature for safe operation.
