Stainless Steel Reactor

The reaction kettle is composed of the pot body, lid, stirrer, electric heating oil clamp, support and transmission unit, shaft seal device, overflow oil trough, etc., and is equipped with an electric heating rod and temperature and pressure gauges.
Due to varying production processes and operational conditions among users, mixing methods typically include anchor, paddle, turbine, propulsion, or frame styles. The support base comes in two types: suspended or support style.
The jacket is filled with thermal oil, heated by an electric heating rod. The jacket features openings for oil intake, discharge, overflow measurement, venting, as well as connections for the electric heating rod and temperature measurement. The outer wall of the jacket is welded with brackets, and the bottom of the pot has an outlet for discharging material.
