Ammonia Nitrogen Removal Agent PNH-2
[Product Introduction]
This new reagent is designed for the treatment of difficult-to-treat and -degrade wastewater containing ammonia nitrogen. It shows significant removal of ammonia nitrogen without biochemical treatment. When used in conjunction with our other products, it achieves better results, enabling ammonia nitrogen to meet national discharge standards.
[Usage]
Can be directly added during use, or first dissolved in a槽 with a concentration of 10~20% and stirred or aerated, then pumped into the reaction tank.
The product precipitates under neutral conditions (pH 6-8) and performs optimally. The dosage varies depending on the content of non-degradable ammonia nitrogen in the wastewater. Based on empirical values, when ammonia nitrogen decreases by 10 ppm, the product yield should be 300-400 ppm (i.e., 0.3-0.4 kg/t of wastewater), and so on, in a linear relationship.
In the experiment, take a certain amount of wastewater, add an appropriate amount of this product (such as 1000ppm), adjust the pH value to around 7, react for 5 minutes, add a small amount of coagulant (such as 200ppm polyaluminum chloride PAC), and add a small amount of polyacrylamide PAM. Filter the supernatant after flocculation and sedimentation, and determine its ammonia nitrogen value and dosage.
[Packaging and Storage]
Packaging: Inner bags in kraft paper or woven bags, 25kg per bag.
Storage and Transportation: Handle with care, avoid direct sunlight and rain. Shelf life is six months.
Note:
1. Strictly prohibited from being stored with strong reducing agents, strong acids, flammable, or combustible materials.
2 Dosage Unit Conversion: 1000ppm = 1000mg/L = 1g/L = 1‰ = 1kg/t wastewater.
