Each pre-fabricated pumping station is designed based on the customer-provided data to ensure the operational conditions of the station meet the usage requirements.
New material
The prefabricated pump station cylinder is constructed from fiber-reinforced glass fiber (GRP), formed through computer-controlled continuous winding, ensuring uniform thickness and meeting design specifications with stable and superior quality.
Accessories Standards
All accessories are pre-fabricated in our factory, including pressure pipelines, maintenance platforms, and in/out water pipes, with quality tests conducted prior to shipment to ensure reliable component quality.
Highly integrated
Pre-engineered pumping stations, as integrated units, are supplied complete with: pump station cylinder, pressure pipeline, maintenance platform, maintenance ladder, grate device, coupling system, ventilation equipment, anti-slip manhole covers, and more.
Attractive appearance
The prefabricated pumping station is fully buried underground, with only inspection holes and control cabinets on the ground. Optional scenic management houses can be placed on the ground for environmental coordination.
Cost savings
The pump station is supplied as a complete set, with all internal installation and debugging work completed at the factory. On-site, only the overall installation of the pump station is required, significantly reducing the construction period and engineering costs, and lowering the overall investment for the owner.
Service Life
The pump station cylinder is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic, with internal components made of SUS304 and hot-dipped galvanized anti-corrosion materials. No maintenance is required, and the normal service life can exceed 20 years.
Easy maintenance
Pumps and gratings are all equipped with guides, allowing for quick removal and installation during maintenance.
Feature Expansion
Pre-fabricated pumping stations can be used in conjunction with our integrated wastewater treatment equipment to establish a complete wastewater treatment and reuse system.
