I. Working Principle and Features
This complete deep-freeze crushing unit consists of a material storage bin, mechanical crusher, induced draught fan, cyclone separator, vibrating screen, liquid nitrogen tank, and more.
(1) Working Principle
This cryogenic grinding system utilizes liquid nitrogen as the cooling source. The material to be crushed is cooled to a low temperature, achieving a脆 and easy-to-crush state, and then enters the chamber of the mechanical grinder where it is subjected to high-speed rotation of the impeller. Through the combined actions of repeated impacts, collisions, shearing, and friction between the material and blades, disk, and between materials themselves, the material is ground to the desired fineness. Most of the cold air returns to the storage bin for recirculation.
(2) Features
The deep-freeze crushing system forms a closed-loop cooling system during the material crushing process, maximizing energy utilization and reducing energy consumption: the cooling source for crushing can be lowered to -196 degrees Celsius. The temperature can be adjusted during the crushing process based on the friability point of the material, selecting the crushing temperature to further reduce energy consumption. The fineness of the crushed material can reach between 10 mesh and 1000 mesh, even achieving micron μ fineness. Utilizing liquid nitrogen as the grinding medium achieves ultra-low temperature crushing, providing comprehensive effects such as explosion-proof and anti-oxidation for the material.
