Tunnel efficiency improves freezing speed by 85% over conventional freezers.
The control system employs a touch screen + PLC control method, using the touch screen or computer as the upper computer and the PLC as the lower computer, making operation and input of the freezing process more convenient. It also allows for real-time monitoring of temperature changes inside the freezing chamber and observation of the process operation, comparing the set curve with the running curve.
Equipped with an alarm system that activates when the box door is not properly closed.
The system features both manual and automatic functions, all displayed on the touchscreen for easy operation and high reliability. Both systems' high and low temperature controls utilize PID regulation, ensuring the equipment meets the specifications outlined in the bid document.
Operating System – Full English operating system; pre-set frozen process input, fully automatic operation after power-on, the system will automatically carry out cooling, temperature maintenance, and box-out actions according to the process curve.
