The tunnel efficiency is 85% higher than that of a conventional quick-freezing machine.

The control system utilizes a touch screen + PLC control method, with the touch screen or computer serving as the supervisory level and the PLC as the sub-level, making operation and input of the flash freezing process more convenient. It also allows for real-time monitoring of temperature changes within the freezing chamber, as well as observing the process running status. It compares the set curve with the running curve.

Equipped with an alarm system that activates when the box door is not properly closed.

The system features both manual and automatic functions, all displayed on the touch screen for easy operation and high reliability. Both systems utilize PID control for high and low temperature regulation, ensuring the equipment meets the specifications outlined in the tender document.

Operating System - Full English operating system; pre-programmed frozen process, fully automatic after startup with no human operation required; the system will automatically perform cooling, insulation, and box removal according to the process curve.
