The tunnel efficiency boosts freezing speed by 85% compared to standard quick-freeze machines.
The control system employs a touch screen + PLC control method, with the touch screen or computer as the supervisory level and the PLC as the sublevel, making operation and input of the quick-freezing process more convenient. It also allows for real-time monitoring of temperature changes inside the quick-freezing chamber and observation of the process running status, comparing the set curve with the operating curve.
Equipped with an alarm system that activates when the box door is not properly closed.
The system features both manual and automatic functions, all displayed on the touchscreen, offering easy operation and strong reliability. Both systems' high and low temperature controls utilize PID regulation, ensuring the equipment meets the specifications outlined in the bid document.
Operating System - Full English operating system; pre-entered flash freezing process, fully automated with no human operation required after startup; the system will automatically perform cooling, temperature maintenance, and box removal according to the process curve.
