Product Description: The nozzle atomizes oil particles with a small average diameter (SMD) of up to 50μm, featuring uniform distribution with a uniformity coefficient N>2. The nozzle is made of high-temperature alloy steel, which, after vacuum heat treatment, offers high hardness and excellent wear resistance. Additionally, each component of the nozzle has been precision planar ground, resulting in a tighter fit between parts, eliminating oil leakage and enhancing atomization effects, significantly extending service life. Furthermore, an oil filter mesh is installed at the inlet soft tube joint of the oil gun, significantly reducing the chance of the gun becoming clogged; the locking nut and the rear seat of the oil gun are made of forgings, offering a beautiful appearance and reliable performance.
Product Features: ①High adjustment ratio, typically adjustable to 10:1, and up to 20:1 without controlling the excess air coefficient; ②Fine atomization particles, with an average oil droplet diameter of 50μm, ensuring good atomization quality; ③Atomization angle remains unchanged with load variations; ④Low fuel consumption, approximately 5% of the fuel volume; ⑤Neither oil nor steam pressure needs to be high, with oil pressure usually between 0.3 to 1.6 MPa and steam pressure between 0.3 to 1.2 MPa; ⑥Suitable for both steam and compressed air as atomizing mediums, ensuring good atomization in both cases; ⑦Ideal for boilers with frequent startups, while also ensuring long-term operation and a long service life.
Product Principle: This oil gun utilizes oil pressure and pneumatic force to atomize oil. During operation, highly compressed air with high speed flows into the orifices of the atomizing plate at the nozzle through the inner tube, where it meets the oil flowing into the mixing orifices from the outer tube. The oil and gas collide and exchange momentum within the mixing orifices, overcoming the surface tension of the fuel, thus producing fine atomized particles that are sprayed into the furnace, completing the atomization process.
