Liquefied Gas Ignition Spray Gun
1.Ignition Gun Internal Ignition Rod Front Material: 2520 High-Temperature Alloy; Semiconducting High-Temperature Material
2.Ignition gun outer diameter Φ20, inner ignition rod diameter Φ12, installation thread M14×1.25, length available upon request
Installation and Wiring
1.Properly connect the igniter, ignition cable, and liquefied gas torch (including the ignition rod inside), use the supplied liquefied gas cylinder, and attach the gas tube to the torch's interface. First, connect all three components, then apply power. Failure to do so may cause high-voltage electric leakage and sparking, potentially harming personnel and equipment.
Note:Liquid gas pipe connected to the intake of the ignition spray gun(Liquefied Gas Cylinders - Self-Assembled)Plug in the power, turn on the ignition switch on the ignition panel, ignite the tip of the torch, the electric spark ignites natural gas, which then点燃s the medium to be ignited.
2The ignition nozzle is mounted 30 to 50mm in front of the spray nozzle. The internal structure of this ignition gun is a new type of ignition rod that does not require adjustment of the discharge distance.
Instructions for Use
1Connect power, ignition cable, and ignition rod as required.
2Plug in the power, the ignition will start; after successful ignition, turn off the power.
3.At ignition, the ignition device should be turned on first, followed by fuel injection (or gas) ignition. Generally, the ignition time should not exceed 30 seconds.
4.When lighting, reduce the auxiliary combustion air and wait for the fire to ignite before gradually increasing the auxiliary combustion air.
5.Fuel should be well atomized; poor atomization quality affects the ignition success rate.
6.Ignition device should rest for 1 minute after operating for 30 seconds, to avoid continuous and prolonged use.
