The Automatic Ignition Safety Control Box is a novel high-energy automatic ignition device independently developed by our company, serving as a matching component for various ignition combustion equipment. Its primary function is to directly ignite点火 fuel gas or well atomized fuel that is thoroughly mixed with air. It can be used to ignite gases mixed with air such as natural gas, coke oven gas, blast furnace gas, light oil, low calorific value gas, heavy oil, and others. It boasts high ignition energy, reliable ignition, long service life, high-temperature resistance at the ignition nozzle end, anti-coking properties, self-cleaning capabilities, and the ability to ignite in water or alcohol, with strong adaptability to harsh environments.
In recent years, it has been widely used in the ignition of various flue gas incineration torches for industries such as coal chemical, power, metallurgy, medical engineering, and environmental protection, as well as in the startup ignition of various industrial furnace equipment that burns gas or oil. It involves various industrial kilns, torch emissions, and oil extraction. Its performance is superior to high-voltage gap ignition and is a product used by many property owners.

Product Features
1The ignition control box operates in a one-to-one configuration, with terminal blocks and components. During the ignition process of the ignition device, manual ignition is possible, as well as remote ignition (with terminal blocks provided internally).
2The control panel features power indicator lights, ignition switch, running indicator lights, fire indicator lights, and alarm (both audible and visual alarms).
3The control circuit is 220V AC, and the on-site ignition operation can be performed according to the following steps:
a)Plug in the power (push the switch upwards), the "Power Indicator" light will illuminate.
b)Turn on the ignition switch, the "Running Indicator" light illuminates, simultaneously the exhaust port solenoid valve opens, and the igniter emits a firing signal.High-temperature and high-pressure ignition cableTransfer to the ignition rod, generate an electric spark at the tip of the rod, and the gas ignites upon encountering the spark at the front end of the rod, thus activating the ignition function.
c)Upon ignition, when the flame sensor probe "sees" the flame, the intake solenoid valve opens. When the flame sensor probe "cannot detect" the flame, the alarm sounds, and the solenoid valves for both the intake and exhaust outlets are automatically shut off.
dThe detection probe of the flame monitor operates at a temperature of 80°C. When used on burners or other high-temperature equipment, a ventilation cooling system must be added in front of the probe.
4、System Operation Environment Requirements:
Ambient temperature ranges from -30℃ to 45℃, avoid strong magnetic fields, and ensure good ventilation.
5、System Power Requirements:
Voltage power supply: 220VAC, within ±10% range, current not less than 10A.
IV. Installation and Maintenance
1Connect the YXZD-II automatic ignition safety control box to the special high-voltage cable and ignition rod, and install the ignition rod parallel to the exhaust outlet.(Mounted beside the exhaust outlet, the specific installation is fixed on-site; the ignition end of the torch is mounted 30-50mm in front of the gas pipe.)，TranslateAutomatic Ignition Safety Control BoxIgnition rod connected to the high-energy ignition deviceHigh-temperature and high-pressure ignition cable connectionEnsure the distance between the igniter and the ignitor gun≤100m range. The flame detection probe can be mounted on a bracket near the exhaust outlet to avoid high-temperature areas. The detector uses non-contact flame detection method; when installing the detection probe, the probe center must be aligned with the flame center, and the probe is equipped with cooling air.
2YXZD-II Automatic Ignition Safety Control Box must be installed at a height of no less than1.5At the rice level, the environment requires dryness, ventilation, rainproof, and the temperature should not exceed 80℃ on the shelf (hanging is acceptable), for easy maintenance and use. Ensure the cable wire joints are tightly tightened to prevent loosening, poor contact affecting use, or damaging the equipment.
3YXZD-II Automatic Ignition Safety Control BoxWork for 15 seconds, then take a 1-minute break before resuming. Avoid continuous and prolonged use; prolonged continuous operation may damage the igniter components.The ignition rod features a special structure at its front end; users cannot saw off a section of the rod for use.
4Dustproof, waterproof, and perform regular maintenance; inspect and maintain electrical components monthly.
