One,Use of explosion-proof mobile power supply
1、The explosion-proof mobile power box features: battery status (charging) switch, power indicator light (battery), battery status display, power supply switch, 220V power indicator light; on the bottom of the explosion-proof mobile power box, there is one 12V charging quick plug interface and one 220V output power quick plug interface.
2、Connect the explosion-proof power cables, ignition cable wires, ignition rods, and other components' piping, as well as internal and external accessories. Once connected, confirm the tightness of the cables to prevent loose connections.
3、Turn on the battery status switch, check the battery status. Once the operating conditions are met, turn on the power switch. At this point, the power inverter starts a soft start. After the red power indicator light (220V) illuminates, the power supply system of the mobile power begins to operate normally.
4、When charging the explosion-proof mobile power supply, first connect the charging plug of the explosion-proof mobile power supply box, then insert the charger's plug into the household power outlet. At this point, the status screen and battery indicator light on the explosion-proof mobile power supply box will illuminate. Turn on the status switch until the charging is complete. The charger's charging indicator light will change from red (charging) to green (charging complete). Alternatively, you can charge with the battery status switch on; conversely, the battery will not charge if the status switch is not turned on.
Two,Explosion-proof ignition control box
1The explosion-proof ignition control box panel features: one 220V power indicator light, one 24V ignition indicator light, one 24V buzzer alarm light, one 220V ignition indicator light, one 220V power switch, and one 220V operation switch; at the bottom of the explosion-proof ignition control box, there is one 220V input power quick plug interface, one ignition cable line connection hole (G"3/4"), and one flame detector connection hole (G"3/4").
2Connect the flame detector, ignition cable, ignition rod, and detection probe.
3When turning on the power switch of the explosion-proof ignition control box, please first confirm if the 220V power indicator light on the explosion-proof mobile power box is on.
If the power indicator light for 220V is not illuminated:
aOnce the inverter completes a soft start, it takes approximately 3-5 seconds.
bCheck the battery charge
cInspect equipment (Do not turn on the power switch of the explosion-proof ignition control box until the 220V power indicator light on the explosion-proof mobile power supply box is fully illuminated.)
When the 220V power indicator light on the explosion-proof portable power supply box is on, you can turn on the power switch of the explosion-proof ignition control box. After the power indicator light on the explosion-proof ignition control box illuminates, open the operation switch of the explosion-proof ignition control box under the conditions of ignition.
5、The explosion-proof ignition control box begins to ignite upon activation of the run switch. The ignition cycle lasts for 10 seconds. For longer ignition durations, after opening the control box, remove the timer relay and adjust according to the actual conditions; due to the ignition's characteristics, set the ignition time ≤20 seconds. The ignition stops after 10 seconds, at which point the flame detector takes over to check for flame presence. If the flame detector detects flame, the fire indication light on the control box panel illuminates. Conversely, if the flame detector does not detect flame, the buzzer starts to sound an alarm.
