One,Use of explosion-proof mobile power supply

1、The explosion-proof mobile power box features: battery status (charging) switch, power indicator light (battery), battery status display, power supply switch, 220V power indicator light; at the bottom of the explosion-proof mobile power box, there is one 12V quick charging plug and one 220V output power quick plug.

2、Connect the explosion-proof power cables, ignition cable wires, ignition rods, and other components' piping as well as internal and external accessories. Once connected, verify the cable tightness to prevent loose connections.

3、Turn on the battery status switch, check the battery condition. Once the operational conditions are met, switch on the power supply. The power inverter will then start a soft start. After the red power indicator light (220V) illuminates, the power supply system of the portable power supply will begin to operate normally.

4、When charging the explosion-proof mobile power supply, first connect the charging plug of the explosion-proof mobile power supply box, then insert the charger's plug into the household power outlet. At this point, the status screen and battery indicator light of the explosion-proof mobile power supply box will illuminate. Turn on the status switch until the charging is complete. The charger's charging indicator light will change from red (charging) to green (charging complete). Alternatively, you can charge with the battery status switch turned on. Conversely, the battery will not charge if the status switch is not turned on.

Section Two:Explosion-proof ignition control box

    1The explosion-proof ignition control box panel features: one power indicator light, one power switch, two ignition indicator lights, two local ignition switches, and one local remote changeover switch.

2Connect the ignition cable, ignition rod, and ignition control box.

3When turning on the power switch of the explosion-proof ignition control box, please first confirm if the 220V power indicator light on the explosion-proof mobile power box is on.

If the 220V power indicator light is not illuminated:

aThe inverter completes a soft start, taking approximately 3-5 seconds.

bCheck the battery's charge.

cInspect equipment (Do not turn on the power switch of the explosion-proof ignition control box until the 220V power indicator light on the explosion-proof portable power supply box is fully illuminated.)

When the explosion-proof mobile power supply box's 220V power indicator light is on normally, you can turn on the power switch of the explosion-proof ignition control box. After the power indicator light of the explosion-proof ignition control box is on, select on-site ignition mode or remote ignition mode under the conditions for ignition, and perform the ignition operation according to the actual situation.

5、The explosion-proof ignition control box activates the ignition switch, initiating the ignition process. Each ignition cycle lasts for 10 seconds. The ignition operation in the explosion-proof ignition control box ceases after 10 seconds.

Note:

1、Do not frequently start the ignition device within a short period; after a single ignition attempt, regardless of success, please wait 1-3 minutes before attempting to ignite again.

2、Observe the battery temperature during charging; if it's too high, wait for it to cool down before resuming charging and discharging.
