Section 6: Transducer Installation Requirements
1Ensure the probe's field of view is as full as possible with the target flame.
2The target flame within the probe's viewing angle should be relatively stable; adjusting air flow and combustion without causing the target flame to drift out of the viewing range.
3Any object within the field of view that hinders detection, such as furnace walls, piping, and reinforcing plates, should be modified; however, all modifications should be made to minimize the impact on air volume as much as possible.
4Avoid crossing angles with other flames.
5、Insert the probe into the detection hole through the installation tube, adjust the appropriate observation angle, and then weld it in place. Afterward, simply screw the fire detection probe in. The probe installation thread is 1-inch internal thread.
6Flame detection sensor with temperature resistance of 50℃,Installation location has high temperature, requires additional cooling fan.
Note: To avoid interference introduced by wiring between the probe and processor, the wiring must be done separately with shielding. Use a three-core shielded cable for the connection between the probe and processor. The length of the shielded cable will affect the detection effect; in general, the cable length from the probe to the processor should not exceed 100M.
