Four, Installation
1.Probe Installation
HYQ-103Infrared FlameInspectSensor is a non-contact flameInspectMeter. Please align the probe with the flame during installation by the user. The temperature range for the probe use is80℃When using on burners or other high-temperature equipment, the detection channel in front of the probe must be ventilated and cooled. The diameter of the detection channel must not be less thanΦ20, the probe's installation thread is a 4-inch pipe thread.
This product's detection sensitivity range is 10 meters, (in the detection channel of)Φ20 in size), butInspectThe distance for measurement will increase with the intensity of the flame temperature and the widening of the detection channel, but it must not exceed 15 meters.
2.Adjustment
HYQ-103Infrared FlameInspectionThe meter has been calibrated at the factory.Tested, generally speaking, installation is sufficient for use.
Five, Notice
Variable-frequency drives offer unparalleled advantages in industrial production. However, due to the high-power diode rectification and high-power transistor inverter operations within these drives, high-order harmonic currents are generated in the input/output circuits, causing interference to the power supply system, load, and other nearby electrical equipment. This interference is particularly pronounced in high-precision instruments and computer control systems with stringent anti-interference requirements. Therefore, for power supplies near flame detectors with variable-frequency equipment, it is essential to install an isolation power supply at the flame detector's power input to prevent high-order harmonic currents from damaging or piercing the flame detector.
