CYDQ-APulse Ignition Gun Instructions

2: Structure and Length

Electrode gun diameter φ38mm, length 350mm; the length of the ignition rod to be determined according to customer requirements.

Three: Instructions for Use

1   When in use, first unscrew the battery cover of the electronic chamber, insert three 1# batteries according to polarity into the electronic chamber, with the positive terminal facing inward, and then tighten the battery seal cap.

2   When igniting, aim the ignition gun nozzle at the ignition point. First, turn on the power switch, the indicator light will illuminate. Press the button switch to ignite, release the button switch upon lighting the fuel, stop igniting, immediately remove the ignition gun, and turn off the power.

Four: Cautionary Notes

1   If the spark plug does not ignite upon ignition, it may be due to:

a. Battery not connected

   b. The ignition electrode position is offset. Please readjust the electrode position and set the gap between the electrodes to 2.5 to 3mm.

2 The igniter gun is equipped with a 1# battery. After using the battery for a while, if the power is insufficient, it may affect ignition, and it should be replaced with a new battery promptly.

3 Handle and transport the igniter gun gently to prevent damage.
